Join Sheryl Campbell for an evening to Rest, Relax and Recharge! This 75 minute class is just what we need to help quiet our minds and bring stillness and peace to our bodies. We will begin with a gentle yoga flow using YIN yoga poses that encourage deep relaxation and release physical tension, followed by Yoga Nidra- a guided meditation designed to bring a mindful awareness to the body while letting the mind rest. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your space. What participants need to bring: -A yoga mat -1 to 2 pillows or bolster -Blanket if desired Blocks are provided if desired.
Pilates 101 Next Session Coming Soon! Join highly experienced Pilates instructor for a small group training series that will introduce you to the Pilates apparatus equipment including reformer, Wunda chair, and tower. Learn the fundamentals you and build confidence to enter into Pilates group classes with more direction instruction and attention. This class will have a MAX of 4 people so you can ensure that you are surrounded with other beginners and have time to ask questions, learn to set up on the equipment, and become more familiar with the exercises. Investment: $150 for the 6 Weeks
