Join us in our brand-new downstairs space for a fun, beginner-friendly Line Dancing Pop-Up Class — no partner or prior dance experience needed. You’ll learn two classic beginner line dances that’ll have you moving, grooving, and maybe even laughing a little. It’s all about trying something new, having fun, and connecting with your community. Footwear: Bare feet, socks, clean indoor sneakers, or dance shoes welcome.
Rx3 - Rest Relax and Recharge Select Fridays at 7pm Join Sheryl Campbell for an evening to Rest, Relax and Recharge! This 75 minute class is just what we need to help quiet our minds and bring stillness and peace to our bodies. We will begin with a gentle yoga flow using YIN yoga poses that encourage deep relaxation and release physical tension, followed by Yoga Nidra- a guided meditation designed to bring a mindful awareness to the body while letting the mind rest. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your space. What participants need to bring: -A yoga mat -1 to 2 pillows or bolster -Blanket if desired Blocks are provided if desired.
