A relaxing class for expecting mamas focusing on breathwork, light stretching/movement, community, and yogic practices for pregnancy. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy. 


Dance 4 Cardio - DUO SERIES

A high-energy, feel-good cardio dance class designed for one caregiver and one kid (best for ages 8–12). Expect the same fun, sweat-inducing moves and music from our signature Cardio 4 Dance — just made for two!Together, you’ll move, laugh, and let loose to clean, upbeat playlists while learning simple choreography that’ll have you ready to show off your moves anywhere — from TikTok to your next family party.
It’s an hour off your phones and into the moment — building confidence, connection, and memories that’ll last long after class ends.
4-week series | $120 per pair | Saturdays at 8AM starting October 25th

Dance, Dawgz, DJ, and Donate

Friday, November 7 | 6PM | Functional Strength Studio 

We are dancing and dining to raise $$ for Lion-ess Retreat - a 501c3 annual nonprofit event that fosters a sense of community among young individuals dealing with breast and/or gynecological cancers.  Each year, they choose a new cohort of participants, affectionately referred to as "lions," and they nurture that relationship with the group for an entire year before embarking on a long weekend retreat.
Join Tommie Burch for a Cardio 4 Dance class (expect heart-pumping cardio -simple, repeatable hip hop dance combos - a workout that feels more like a party - and rap and pop music). Followed by The Meat Stick Chick serving up hot dawgz and hot tunes in the parking lot following class! 
 
Donation includes the class + 1 Basic Banger (plain hot dog - toppings & upgrades can be purchased at event).  OPTION: Dress in PINK - we love a theme.  Support this incredible cause and start November with a banger!

Get ready to kick up your heels (just not in boots 😉)! Join us in our brand-new downstairs space for a fun, beginner-friendly Line Dancing Pop-Up Class — no partner or prior dance experience needed.
You’ll learn two classic beginner line dances that’ll have you moving, grooving, and maybe even laughing a little. It’s all about trying something new, having fun, and connecting with your community.
Footwear: Bare feet, socks, clean indoor sneakers, or dance shoes welcome.

Rx3 - Rest Relax and Recharge

​Join Sheryl Campbell for an evening to Rest, Relax and Recharge! This 75 minute class is just what we need to help quiet our minds and bring stillness and peace to our bodies. We will begin with a gentle yoga flow using YIN yoga poses that encourage deep relaxation and release physical tension, followed by Yoga Nidra- a guided meditation designed to bring a mindful awareness to the body while letting the mind rest. No prior yoga experience necessary. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up your space.
What participants need to bring:
-A yoga mat
-1 to 2 pillows or bolster
-Blanket if desired
Blocks are provided if desired.

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath Meditation

Pilates 101
Next Session Coming Soon!
Join highly experienced Pilates instructor for a small group training series that will introduce you to the Pilates apparatus equipment including reformer, Wunda chair, and tower. Learn the fundamentals you and build confidence to enter into Pilates group classes with more direction instruction and attention. 
This class will have a MAX of 4 people so you can ensure that you are surrounded with other beginners and have time to ask questions, learn to set up on the equipment, and become more familiar with the exercises.
