Join highly experienced Pilates instructor for a small group training series that will introduce you to the Pilates apparatus equipment including reformer, Wunda chair, and tower. Learn the fundamentals you and build confidence to enter into Pilates group classes with more direction instruction and attention. This class will have a MAX of 4 people so you can ensure that you are surrounded with other beginners and have time to ask questions, learn to set up on the equipment, and become more familiar with the exercises.
