4-Week Prenatal Series Wednesdays in July 6:30pm Join Tommie Burch and Lisa Thorne on Wednesday Evenings (starting 7/10) for a prenatal yoga and movement series where you will explore breathwork, pregnancy safe movement, journaling, visualization techniques, and yogic practices to aid in pregnancy, labor, and delivery. All trimesters welcome.

Deep Core Dive Saturday 8/3 at 10:15am - 75 mins Join Sarah Flannery & Tommie Burch for a 75 minute workshop to further understand the deepest layers of your core and the pelvic floor. Learn about the anatomy, how to engage the pelvic floor, the functions of these muscles, and how you can implement this knowledge into your workout. The workshop model will begin with the informational portion of the content and finish with a 30 minute mat workout that will give you the chance to implement what you've learned about your deep core and pelvic floor. There will be 15 minutes for questions and personalized support at the end. We will meet in Studio B. Please wear something comfortable. Thick Pilates mats will be available for attendees.
Pilates 101 Next Session Coming Soon! Join highly experienced Pilates instructor for a small group training series that will introduce you to the Pilates apparatus equipment including reformer, Wunda chair, and tower. Learn the fundamentals you and build confidence to enter into Pilates group classes with more direction instruction and attention. This class will have a MAX of 4 people so you can ensure that you are surrounded with other beginners and have time to ask questions, learn to set up on the equipment, and become more familiar with the exercises.
