Comprehensive Pilates Mat Training
50 hours Mat course is now good for Continuing Education credits for anyone AFAA certified.

32 hours of in-classroom instruction from a senior level teacher.
10 hours of taking mat classes.
8 hours self study; practice teaching & watching support videos.
This course is typically completed in a 1 month period.

COSTS: Beginner and Intermediate Mat curriculum combined. $900 fee, due not later than two (2) weeks before the course begins. Student will receive a Certificate of Completion upon completion of both Beginner and Intermediate Mat programs
